What is the biggest charity event you run?

Throughout the year we run various projects. These can be found on ‘Our Causes’ page.

Our biggest event by far is our yearly Yacht Regatta.

We run the Rotary SOLAS Charity Regatta alongside the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia. You can find more information here.

This event has over 300 people involved, including sponsors, their guests and employees, yachting crew, volunteers and CYCA teams. Over 40 world class yachts who race around the iconic Sydney Harbour for the afternoon.

The Regatta also includes a lunch before the racing, a post-race sausage sizzle and awards ceremony, and various auctions and raffles. This is by far the biggest event in our calendar. To date we have raised over $2.3M for Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation
